There was no butter or honey... read more What’s going on with the Beech Grove KFC? The chicken tasted like it had been reheated in old grease. The corn was cold and stale. There was no butter or honey for the biscuits. After waiting 12 minutes in line, someone finally came to the window asking for our receipt due to an order mix-up. Luckily, there’s a Popeyes close by! I won’t be making any more last-minute stops at KFC.

This suggests either unmotivated staff or poor management. This was my third disappointing dining experience within just half an hour, and I’m very frustrated. After this, I’m beginning to dislike Indianapolis and won’t be returning to this area.

I had to wait 35 minutes in the drive-thru to pick up my order. When I finally got home, I discovered that the chicken was extra crispy.

The food was delicious and remained hot even after we got it home. This was my first visit to this KFC, and I will definitely be back. We ordered the 8-piece chicken meal with two large sides: one mashed potatoes with gravy and one macaroni and cheese. It also came with four biscuits. I was feeding myself, my 16-year-old grandson, and two elementary school children, and there was more than enough to satisfy all of us, with leftovers to spare, all for about $28. Given the leftovers, this amounted to six meals, so I would say it’s an excellent value for the price.
