This is only place in Independence that has great customer service, food is fresh, and they are actually fast. Employees are always friendly and polite to me when I come by the drive-thru. I had bad experiences with the other food chains in the area. This is my go to spot. View all feedback.
What Winford B doesn't like about Wendy's:
Had to go through the drive-thru to pick up a doordash order the employee on the other end did not sound too thrilled about being at work and it took like 15 minutes to get the order View all feedback.
Counter person was nice and friendly. Food came out hot and ready
Its Wendy's, chicken biscuits when done to order are always good
Needs a whole new crew. Apparently they close a hour-two early. Everyone in there just standing looking out the window. terrible service
Was very disappointed in the way my taco salad was handled. Hamburges we're very greasy. We've been here before with no issues, but today was different.
