Twin Peaks Independence

We spotted this restaurant from the highway, a perfect stop for a quick break. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was lively and the staff were incredibly friendly. Despite being busy, the wait was minimal. The manager even checked in on us to ensure our meal was to our liking. We decided to sit at the bar and the service was top-notch, even during the rush. The food was delicious - Keith had the Sirloin salad and I tried the Brisket tacos. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Twin Peaks and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to unwind with a drink of their choice. Masks were not required, but it was reassuring to see people wearing them when necessary. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

During my visit, the service was excellent and the food arrived promptly despite the restaurant being busy. I tried the mom's boiled dish, which was delicious but could have had more meat in it. I ended up ordering an extra side of rice because I was still hungry. Overall, the atmosphere was great and the food was tasty. The prices were a bit high considering the portion sizes, but I plan on returning soon.

The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I ordered the "mom's pot" and it was a total hit. It was so good that I even asked my friends to help me clean the plate. Our server, Rae, was friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. The manager also came by to ensure we were enjoying our meal. If I could, I would give this restaurant 10 stars. I will definitely be returning soon!

Our first visit was today. it was wonderful! the atmosphere is great, the server and man and so friendly and helpful....and beautiful! the food was so delicious! the manager let us try some things before we ordered them. so great, we'll be back!
