Taco Bell - Independence

I had a great experience at this Taco Bell. During my visit, they forgot to include the cinnamon twists I love, but they made sure to provide me with fresh, delicious items. I rarely encounter issues with my orders here; they usually get everything right. There were only a few minor adjustments needed, which they successfully handled. Overall, this is my favorite Taco Bell in the Kansas City subway area.

My order was served hot, fresh, and accurate. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely eat here again if I'm in the area. Food: 5/5.

The crunchy meat tacos were absolutely delicious. They were well-prepared and generously filled, not skimped on the ingredients at all! The chips and cheese were also tasty. The portion of chips was plentiful, and the cup of cheese was nicely sized. Despite the place being busy, the service was good. Overall, I’d rate the food a solid 4 out of 5.

We went tonight after the online order in this tacobell to pick up in the drive thru. the type in the window tells me that I pick it up on microphone via online order, then he said to pull car on the parking lot. we waited at some point that I had to go in to wait for the pick-up where only two people were there. it seems that this place always has problems. I guess they already have money online so they don't bother, online customers take care of new customers.

Night crew is completely atrocious, whenever I would go there I would order the same thing back to back every time and every time they would mess it up. Terrible attitude, no desire to help and no desire to get your order right no matter how many times you come through. Honestly pathetic what I’m paying for these guys too do the bare minimum of their job
