I must say, the wait times can be a bit excessive, and even when you order in advance through the app, you might end up waiting an extra 15 minutes after the estimated ready time. This particular location doesn't open in the morning, and the only notice is on the drive-thru window—not on the menu or order screen. As a result, customers can get stuck in a long line, only to discover that the place is closed when they reach the front. It's frustrating, and I believe it's a sign of poor management.
