Sam's Fish Chicken - Independence

The first time there and I am super impressed that fish and shrimo amazing were and their home sauce was top notch. reminded me of the special sauce during the raising of crisp, but better. baked mushrooms, kartoffels and beans and rice were also brilliant. good worth buying. the meals seem expensive, but the portions are worth it. highly recommended.

The Food is very good and service is great. I would like to see them fix the place up a little, such as ceiling tiles, paint on walls. It wouldn’t take much to spruce the place up a little and make your customers feel a little better about dining .

This restaurant has a choices of simple but delicious menu! Had dried their jumbo shrimp and it was amazing! Their meals are cooked fresh always served hot. The staff were extremely friendly and inviting.

Food was good, the fact that they didn't have sweet tea as an option while being a southern food restaurant was puzzling. They were also out of okra and Mac and cheese at lunch time. It's early in this location's life but I'm eager to see if it improves and will update my review at that time. Edit: they have Gold Peak sweet tea. This location is a total ghost town, the green beans are basic canned flavorless trash. The fish was great though and the okra was very good as well. My girlfriend was bummed that the restaurant was so dirty.
