Since 2019, Minsky's has teamed up with Joe's KC BBQ to offer a special pizza for a limited time. We recently ordered one, and it was just as delicious as we remembered. The pizza features slowly smoked brisket and burnt ends, along with tender pulled pork, all smothered in Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que Sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. We opted for the original crust, but we also enjoy the thin crust. While we... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Minsky's Pizza:
Minsky's on 51st and Main has always been our family's favorite pizza spot, but my recent visit for lunch on the 291 was a big letdown. We ordered two pizzas, and when I say they were burned, I really mean it—I've posted pictures in the gallery to show you. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was just unacceptable. It felt like the person responsible for making these pizzas just didn't care. I'm really fr... View all feedback.
I've been visiting this Minsky's location for over four years, and I've consistently had great experiences. The staff is dedicated to ensuring that customers receive professional treatment, with service that is timely, friendly, and accurate. The team has remained unchanged, which is often a positive indicator in any service-oriented business. The portion sizes are generous, with at least five pizza sizes and three crust options available. The side salad is substantial enough to be a meal on its own, featuring fresh, flavorful ingredients and a range of standard dressings (the honey mustard is particularly popular). You can even add chicken for an extra protein boost. Both this location and the Blue Springs branch, which is under the same ownership, offer a rewards card that consistently saves you money. It's a fantastic spot for families, couples, or solo diners, and multiple TVs showcase the current sports season.

We hadn't previously visited Minsky's, but we stopped by on Sunday night. The place was very clean and well-organized. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. We tried the Burnt End and Brisket Pizza, and it was the best BBQ pizza we've ever had. We'll definitely be coming back more often!
In any case, not the best location we are? We ordered loaded frits and they were burned hardly had cheese, no bacon, the jalapeños were dry
