Mcdonald's - Independence

The quality and the conditions of the food we have received are disgusting and unacceptable! I would have given them money and went because we couldn't even eat it. After they first told them about eating, it was worse for the second time. Something has to be done because it gets worse and worse. we wait a month or so and try it again, but it never changes! we need really good service here until a few years ago. I would upload the photos of the food we have received, but I see that they will not give an option for it.

Average experience, only our regular ice cone on the journey through. rather unfriendly person in the pay window has not even smile or nothing. my ladies in the servier window were good.

Ordered food for the family tonight and the young lady named macey was really helpful and friendly to me. burgers were good and pommes were hot. will come back!

Just went through the drive-thru at this McDonald's, and ordered two cheeseburger meals. We only received the burgers for one meal so I went inside to get this fixed, and the manager asked for my receipt and told me curtly that I only paid for one meal. I told her that I had ordered two separate meals fixed two separate ways. I paid for the additional two burgers, and watched them being fixed, and they did not put any of the toppings on that we requested, they were totally plain cheeseburgers, and one of the girls in the front happened to catch her and had her add them or I would have had to go back again. If this would have been handled correctly by the manager, I wouldn't have been as frustrated as I was. The girl in the front who helped me was the only bright spot of the entire experience. I would not recommend anyone go to this McDonald's.

They was ok, not to happy, and kinda made customers feel it, and dining room and bathrooms were dirtier than most McD's, maybe I just missed a rush, idk, but the vibe was quite negative, but food was descent and served in timely fashion.
