Went for breakfast on 2/4 at about 11 am. The host was getting ready to seat us when one of the servers told us she could seat us in her section. We didn’t realize that she had essentially “stolen” us and went out of seating order. She brought us our waters and we waited for 15 minutes before she came back to tell us she would be right back to take our order. We then got tired of waiting after watching her eat, talk... So sad usually this plece had a good sevice but now is soo bad the personal that work here now just ignore the costumer that is waiting for a table, they just ignore that we are there. The time no was bussy. And few tables dirty no body go to clean for the next costumer. Sooo bad
Food wasn't all that good to cold, and waitress were talking out loud to much.I like for it to be more quite,I don't need to here all there going on's.
Waited to be seated. Burrito was doughy and the butter didn't melt on the pancakes or French toast.
