I ordered a donut, two donut holes, a latte, and a water with no ice. However, they only remembered to give me my latte. When I inquired about my order, they handed me two donut holes - the dogs seemed happy with that. I asked for the rest of my food, and they handed me a bag, saying everything was inside. I should have checked, but I was too busy trying to get my water because I was really thirsty. They did give me my water without ice, but it actually had ice in it. Now I'm home, and I’m frustrated with the whole experience. I give up!
Definitely not the best Dunkin' I've been to. I occasionally visit this location for convenience, hoping it has improved, but unfortunately, it hasn't. The coffee is very weak, although the service is friendly.
Didn't have what I wanted even if I'm out on vacation I'd like to have my favorites which they didn't have. They had no bacon and no smoothies. Didn't like that at all. But I still Love D&D
Worst experience here ever. Served cold food to a pregnant woman and then had the audacity to tell me they heated up the second order extra hot , which is normal warm temp. What in the actual. I will never return. Disgusting. I get more consistency at McDonald 's.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place used to be great but ever since the new owners took over it's absolutely horrible. I gave it a few tries because I thought at first maybe they were just getting in the groove of things but that obviously isn't the case. Every time I come here something is always wrong the hash browns are still frozen in the middle or have obviously been sitting out too long, the coffee is disgusting, the order is always wrong or missing something and that's after you wait 30-40 minutes in the drive thru. Last time I went I ordered 3 hash browns and they had 5-6 cars sitting in the parking lot waiting for their order for over 30 minutes and I waited for over 30 minutes. I don't know if they just don't care but they really need to either retrain their family members they replaced the old awesome crew with or hire employees with experience who actually give a damn. Will never be back if you want coffee and a snack just go to the scooters up the road.
