Cathay Express - Independence

First time eating here was was great, and they have a drive thru. I ordered chicken lo mein and I think it cost me $12.50 ish. I waited less than ten minutes for my food, it came out molten hot and fresh, the chicken was good and the noodles especially were flavorful. Not to mention I think the box weighed a solid three or four pounds, they give you way more than your moneys worth. I had enough to save and eat the next day and it came with a complementary crab rangoon as well. Next time I’m gonna try one of their ramen based dishes. Cool hole in the wall place and great value.

Cathay Express is very convenient for me, It is close to my neighborhood. Sometimes the weight can be quite long because it is very popular. Their food is amazing and they have a drive-thru so at one time on a popular day like Friday or Saturday you can have a 40 minute wait. Just be patient and know they're working as hard as they can. They are awesomeVegetarian options: I only order fried rice options because I am allergic to msg. They're vegetable fried rice is amazing. It is so full of vegetables and very filling. It is absolutely my favorite!

Well this is my third time eating here very good food each time and these tiny ladies are always smiling pleasant. The shrimp rolls FABULOUS could have used more of that sauce stuff but did not think to ask overall a very nice visit I will be back again

Pretty good, I like the curry, of which they have beef, chicken, or shrimp.
