Big Boy Burgers - Independence

Update: The wonderful staff at Big Boy continue to shine visit after visit! The burgers are always delicious, the onion rings are crispy and golden. A beloved tradition. I'd eat here over any other fast food any day off the week.

Female manager is atrocious. She is horrible to teenage employees, only has hateful speaking voice is very short tempered, the only word to describe her is she BULLIES the kids working there. There is NO REASON a hateful bad tempered BULLY should be a manager.

Onion rings are real good. I was disappointed with the Italian Steak sandwich. Tasted like BBQ sauce instead of marinara.

I absolutely love there burgers and shakes they are a little pricey but you do get what you paid for and they're tenderloins are too die for lol 5 stars forsure!!
