All it was, was Steak Salad and Steak Pub... read more Had the worst customer service I’ve ever had. It was so painful and embarrassing. Our food showed up 45 minutes late. All it was, was Steak Salad and Steak Pub Salad. It was also my birthday. Usually restaurants have something. And on top of that, it was a date. IT ONLY GOT WORSE. After dinner...I had to wait 30 minutes to PAY. Like, really? After everything, I have to track you down to pay? My server was Kristen 1176. It was just so embarrassing. And I drove far to get here. Every review, I give 5 stars, but THIS WAS THE WORST. The customer should never feel this bad...

Although the restaurant was not particularly busy, we generally had to get the attention of our waitress to get service. My lunch guest wears hearing aids and the music was problematic.
