We went to Madagascar to order drinks and food. the waiter has forgotten a drink and the order of 2 others is grounded. unnecessarily say he didn't apologize. e... read more We went to Madagascar to order drinks and food. the waiter has forgotten a drink and the order of 2 others is grounded. unnecessarily say he didn't apologize. eating (bored brot with tomato not so complicated to make) came 30 minutes. after our order. the croissant was burned. if he had excused himself for waiting or if the place had been full, it would not have been a problem. But when we found out that it was a long wait for a simple tostada, the waiter snapped: “This is not PARIS!” he had heard that we speak French and mistakenly assumed that we are from paris, france when some of us are from nyc and some of here. definitiw go to spend their money somewhere else, there are so many wonderful places to eat here with excellent service. as far as the waiter is concerned, they spend a month in new york city, maybe if they are lucky, they can learn something or two about customer service.
