This is a fabulous little restaurant on a beautiful street with even better food and wine!! The vegetarian risotto was divine and the pork cheeks were oh so tender with a delicious crisp vegetable of carrot and fennel and just a hint of curry!!!! Best meal we've had in Hyeres!! View all feedback.
What Paul Benoit doesn't like about La Fringale:
The waiter was so kind and friendly, beer with a sought-after taste was very good, location is nice. Unfortunately food wasn't well cooked..... but maybe we don't appreciate the French cuisine. View all feedback.
This new restaurant has excellent service teamed with a talented and creative chef. We had a vegetarian risotto that was perfection, and pork cheeks cooked with pineapple in a stew. The menu is limited so stop by its convenient location at the start of old town and see if you like any of today's offerings. If you do, stop right there - you will be delighted. They offer wine from only two or three wineries, but order one and you will find a wine that will not be in stores and you will probably never enjoy again. This wass one of the highlights of my trip to France this year.

Food was good and fresh and the waiter gives the place his personal touch. But glasses and tablecloth were not really clean...
In a nice little alley way away from the bustle. Service is fine and menu interesting. Food variable often with too much salt for us
