What really frustrated me was the owner, who spent more time complaining about trucks parking in the lay-by than serving customers. I didn't realize she owned the lay-by. As a truck driver, I need to take a 45-minute break, and another driver was also being scolded for taking his break in what she claimed was “her” lay-by. Normally, I avoid causing issues for others, but when I need to rest, I need to rest. If I have to stop there again, I will, but I won't be ordering anything from the menu.
