I had a bit of a tired new mom moment when I realized my baby was missing a sock. He kindly provided me with a new pair of socks for my baby's chilly feet, free of charge! What a gentleman. Tesco, I hope he gets some recognition for this. Fantastic customer service! I'm a happy customer and my baby is satisfied too! x

A lovely gentleman named Nick, who was wearing a suit and had a Tesco name badge, came over, took my basket, and said, "Okay, what's next?" It was such a delightful experience! I could tell he was relieved when I expressed my gratitude. Thank you, Tesco at Hardsley! You provide excellent customer service in a world that often forgets it!

Jacket potatoe tuna, tasteless, potatoes cold. 25 minute wait, showed staff member who had been stood in the restaurant talking to friends all the time we were there, oh that's awful, do you want something else?
