A huge thank you to Michael at Tesco Hadsley for helping me out this morning! I had a bit of a tired new mom moment when I realized my baby was missing a sock. He kindly provided me with a new pair of socks for my baby's chilly feet, free of charge! What a gentleman. Tesco, I hope he gets some recognition for this. Fantastic customer service! What Mark R doesn't like about Tesco Cafe:
I asked for 2 eggand bacon on toast on Sunday when the food came it had no egg on the bacon was cremated it was terrible told the lady serving all she said was that is what I asked for I know what I wanted and it was £16 absolutely disgusting we will never eat there again the cafe needs a good looking at absolutely disgusting View all feedback.

I always grab a basket and get a shopping cart when I go there! Unfortunately, my basket fell on the floor. A lovely gentleman named Nick, who was wearing a suit and had a Tesco name badge, came over, took my basket, and said, "Okay, what's next?" It was such a delightful experience! I could tell he was relieved when I expressed my gratitude. Thank you, Tesco at Hardsley! You provide excellent customer service in a world that often forgets it!
Recently my man i went on Saturday to lunch after shopping in caffe. the staff is so friendly helpful that nothing is too much annoyed. eating was good and they make a beautiful coffee so well made young
Wasnt allowed in because of Covid but know it so well. Staff are great when open very obliging, so nice.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the restaurant. The prices were reasonable, the staff were lovely, and I felt safe during the COVID pandemic.
