Charlie Lovett - Hurstville

It used to be a our routine to go to Charlielovett Hurstville for a coffe and banana bread but today around 2:20pm we received a horribly bad service from one of the staff. She may have woke up at the wrong side of the bed and still having a bad dream in the working place. She was very rude to us when we were ordering our food. There wasn't many people that time and we were the only ones at the counter to order food. Clearly, there is no reason for her to be stressed or under pressure of the crowd or something. On the other hand there are at least 3 staff in the store. If she is having trouble understanding us, she can actually ask a help from her co workers, that would be a lot easier i guess, rather than serving us with unpleasant attitude resulting us to write this. We do understand that she maybe going through personal problem but please be reminded not to bring personal life in the working place it effects everyone especially the business itself.

I used to go to this place as a frequent visitor and over time the place has become not so compelling. The service staff is rude and not able to listen to customers properly. There was especially a female service personal who always is rude to customers. I am thinking of not visiting this place again until they fix the level of service. 2017 July 22 the female staff who covered the afternoon shift (we were there around 2.20 pm) was very rude to my family members.

Went to Charlie Lovett  with a friend , i ordered a iced chocolate and spaghetti however plate was not washed properly and still dirty. Staff was rude and stingy as  only one of us were allowed to use the free wifi.

Coffee not good. Windows put me off my food as they were dirty. Servings are small. Staff are friendly but service is very slow! Been there three times and still don't like it.

Went to Charlie Lovett tonight with my husband and 4 year old son.  I had to order my drink twice as the girl decided that I didn't want it as I didn't know what my husband wanted to drink.  I thought this was strange but it gets worse.  I ordered spaghetti bolognese for my son which came out covered in cheese so we had a hard time convincing him to eat it.  Then my husband's burger came out with chips after we had ordered it with a salad.  We sent it back as we didn't want my son to have chips.  She came straight back with it and said that she will bring a side salad.  My son never ate his spaghetti after that - thanks a lot!  And to top it off, the salad never came.  I don't know what planet this chick is on but she was sitting down with a friend most of the night.  If she was my staff, she wouldn't have a job because she was hopeless.
