The atmosphere here is warm and welcoming, reminiscent of home, and the Cajun food is offered at reasonable prices. My husband ordered the fried catfish along with a house salad and fries. The breading was wonderfully crispy and flavorful, while the fish was flaky and moist. The fries were crinkle-cut and cooked to perfection, seasoned with a blend reminiscent of Old Bay. The house salad was pretty standard—nothing exceptional, but nothing bad either—just the usual iceberg lettuce and some veggies. I had the blackened catfish served with jambalaya, both of which had a nice kick of spice without being overwhelming, and were incredibly tasty. The jambalaya included pieces of sausage and shrimp. We also decided to share a small bowl of red beans and rice, which was definitely not small and packed with flavor. Since we arrived early, the restaurant was mostly empty with just one other table occupied, but the service was not poor at all. Our server kept our drinks filled and was attentive to our needs, so we didn't have to ask for anything. We will definitely be back!

Plus, the fried pickles and fried okra are absolute must-haves. Don’t forget to pair your meal with some cornbread and the bread pudding—you definitely won’t be disappointed!

I've visited this restaurant several times, and it has consistently delivered a great experience. My favorite dish is the chicken drumlettes served with red beans and rice. Today, I also tried the boudin balls and the pork chop with macaroni, and everything was fantastic. I've sampled Cajun food from some well-known chains like Pappadeaux and Razoo's, but it never compares to the authentic Cajun flavors you find in Louisiana. This place really captures that true essence. I highly recommend it!

I LOVE seafood, especially shrimp gumbo! They have the best of BOTH, amongst other great dishes. We were assisted by Sonya, she was very friendly provided excellent customer service. The food was awesome! I had a shrimp Po-Boy my husband had smothered pork chops, he couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Best Cajun food outside of Louisiana! Love the staff and there recommendations are always on point.
