Bright and family-friendly SweetFrog serves generous frozen-yogurt portions and an abundant toppings bar that make it a perfect summer stop for kids and families. While flavors and toppings consistently impress, visits can be uneven: machines are sometimes out of order, cleanliness and staff professionalism vary, and unexpected disturbances have occurred. Friendly employees do shine at times, but inconsistent service and maintenance issues leave the experience mixed overall—great for a quick, fun treat when everything’s running smoothly, less so when problems arise.

Every time we've visited recently, they've been out of basic vanilla. Additionally, it gets very hot inside if the sun is shining.
The ice cream machines are frequently out of order, and the cashier was not very friendly. If you're unhappy with your job, it shouldn't affect your interaction with customers.
My family and I visited last summer, and the frozen treats were amazing. These treats are ideal for a hot summer day.Kid-friendliness: This establishment is very kid friendly.
The place could use a good deep clean!!! The girls working were talking behind the counter to each other about social lifes.Great tasting froyo and toppings tho....
I LOVE LOVE sweetfrogs! 10/10 place! amazing ice cream and topping selections. the employees i had when i was there where the sweetest people ever. Lauren Kaylee and Brooklyn should get a raise. they made the place so much fun. and made me want to come back.
