It was my first visit to Red Robin, and I'm really glad I went. Charlaya served us at the bar, and she was fantastic! The service was outstanding.
Been a long time since I visited. The food is just as delicious as I recalled. The service by Shar was way beyond excellent. She had a smile the entire time and made us feel like she really appreciated us being there. The bonus here is that being on a lowcarb diet at a burger place is typically just a burger with no bun experience?not here?enter bottomless broccoli!!
Food quality and quantity was awesome. Their new cheesy fondue burger with bacon cheese dipping sauce was delicious as was their mushroom swiss burger. Can't beat bottomless fries either! Service was fast and friendly and atmosphere of the place is cheery and colorful. Outdoor seating available and is dog friendly so bring your furry friend along for burgers!
I would give no stars if possible. 30 dollars for 2 meals that was horrible. Nothing I received was fresh. Extremely old fries that was smaller sized then a small. Absolutely nothing on the burger even slightly hot besides the disgusting old lettuce theyused. Will NEVER go back to this place I've had better food from McDonald's. Couldnt even finish because it was trash
Red Robin is just not quite worth the hype these days. And the piddly small amount of fries they give you is awful (7 fries with my sandwhich). You ask for more since it is bottomless and wait 12 minutes, and finally the additional 11 fries show up afteryour meal is mostly over. What a rip.
