I am the first one to give a critical review when service is not up to par, however when my order was delivered incorrectly I did not hesitate to call the resta... read more I am the first one to give a critical review when service is not up to par, however when my order was delivered incorrectly I did not hesitate to call the restaurant and air my frustrations with the manager on duty who happened to be Shannon. After recently being sick all I wanted was this bowl of soup -and when it arrived wrong I was just defeated! In addition I didn’t realize that Panera bread has driven a stake in the ground around preservatives and does not offer crackers with their soup. Shannon went out of her way to personally come to my place of business and deliver the correct soup and a box of saltines to me that she purchased elsewhere. What an exceptional display of leadership and service. Thank you, thank you Shannon for this compassion and great service. I truly appreciate it, I hope this review is seen by your upper management.
