I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it had virtually no coffee in it and tastes like vanilla milk. It was not a medium brown color like it usually is. When I complained about the color and taste, the worker dismissed me and tried to explain that lattes have no coffee in them and that it should look like that even though I told him multiple times that this is not what my coffee usually looks like when I come to Dunkin.
