My family and I dined in for lunch today, and we were really impressed by the friendliness of the entire staff! A special thanks to Larry, who was incredibly helpful and polite. He maintained the dining area impeccably clean and treated all the customers with kindness!
The only consistent here is a consistently wrong order. They rarely get it right. You’re better off just telling them how many people you’re trying to feed then let them put whatever they want in the bag.
The young man with blondish curly hair who was working on Tuesday at 8:30 PM could use some improvement in his attitude; he was rather rude. The drinks appeared to be smaller than usual, and the fries barely filled the container. However, the sandwich was good. I would consider returning in hopes of better portion sizes and to avoid being served by that employee again.
After the remodel, they removed the play area for children and its truly missed by my 4yr old. Unfortunately I rarely come by but when we do service and food is great.
I requested extra pickles on my sandwiches several times, but I didn’t get any. This isn’t the first occurrence, which is why I emphasized my request multiple times.
