Every... read more When this location first opened they were great! Great food, great service, clean environment. However, in the last 6 months to a year, it's all downhill. Every time I go I'm met with disgruntled employees but today took the cake. We walked in and tried toorder at the Kisok by the door. Got all the way to the end and it wouldn't submit the order. So we walked up front to order. Twoemployees standing there talking. Look at us, don't acknowledge and keep chatting. I mentioned that the kisok won't work. Stillnothing. Finally the lady looks at at us and says it'll be a few minutes. So I ask if they're having technical problems. Shesays no, but the person running registers is outside. So, you can't take our order? Apparently not. As we left the managerappeared to be outside in a heated discussion with someone and the employees inside were completely checked our inside. Also,the man working food for the drive through wiped his face and headset with his gloved hands then went back to prepping foodwithout changing gloves. Management needs to get a handle quick. To be clear, we didn't eat there.

Today, after informing them I was missing 2 kids meals, a staff... read more Order is wrong 90% of the time. I've learned to always ALWAYS check my bags before driving off. Today, after informing them I was missing 2 kids meals, a staff member relayed a message from another staff that the kids meals were mixed in with our otherregular bags of food. ?? Why? Ok cool anyway, they weren't. And when I went in to correct the problem I was ignored for 5minutes. Our $40 worth of food was crunchy fries and flattened burgers. I'll have to swear these guys off. I feel like beforethey changed location from Teays Blvd there were no issues. Now, it's almost every time.
