This was... read more When you pay extra to upsize items at Wendy's, you expect to get your money's worth. Disappointingly, two of our three medium fries were barely filled. This was quite frustrating. Additionally, the nuggets in all three meals were undercooked and came out wet and soggy. This was not the best from your menu.

We ordered thru the app which says the lobby is open.. waited 40 minutes in the drive thru and got a soggy burger with WAY too much ketchup. fries that were too salty to eat and my spicynugs were rock hard. I disputed the charges with my credit card. 0/10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND!! go to the Taco Bell or McD's theyare at least happy to see you and you'll get FRESH food no matter how long you have to wait

Went with the work crew and 8 of us in two vehicles wanting to eat in the Air Conditioning ended up having to go through the drive thru and make a bunch of separate orders and take it back to the job sitewith no AC.
