Arby's - Hurricane
Arby's
Description
Tucked off the highway, this fast-food spot serves outstanding roast beef and French-dip sandwiches with fresh ingredients, smart app ordering and warm, sometimes bilingual service. Inconsistency clouds the experience: the dining room can feel neglected, condiments run out, displayed prices sometimes differ at the window, and drive-thru timing and staff coordination vary widely. With tighter training and better upkeep, this popular local outpost could easily match its excellent food and memorable signage with the reliable service customers want.

At Arby's, the gentleman in the driveway was quite unkind. Instead of simply handing me a Coke through the window, he made me drive around in a circle. It was frustrating, especially when I was just trying to order from the menu.
I've dined at Arby's eight times, and while the food on their menu is consistently great, the service process has been quite disorganized each visit. This confusion among employees often causes delays, with wait times reaching up to 45 minutes for just three cars, although the average is around 30 minutes. Compared to other local options, Len's grocery store offers faster service and better food. I hope Arby's management can improve staff training and development to streamline their operations.
I was in town for a softball tournament over the weekend and my son and I decided to stop by this Arby's location on Saturday the 20th around 6:30 PM. When we arrived, there was no line inside. However, the employee working the drive-thru noticed me standing at the front counter and went to the back. Meanwhile, the person assigned to the front counter was busy chatting with a friend about where he lived and didn't pay any attention to us. Frustrated, I ended up leaving. If you're visiting the area, you might want to consider dining elsewhere.
