The food is fresh, but the wait time is absolutely unbelievable! I've never waited this long for a meal in my life. I made the mistake of going on my lunch break, and then I tried again after work, hoping for a different experience, but it was the same. I really dislike that they're understaffed, and I hope they can bring in some help soon. View all feedback.
The food was hot and my order was correct, which is a big plus! However, the wait time was quite long, so make sure you have plenty of time to spare. Unfortunately, the frosty machine was down, and I really wanted a frosty. On a positive note, the pineapple mango lemonade was delicious! You have to try their chocolate chip cookies; they’re fantastic. They also now offer a strawberry frosty. Overall, I was very pleased with the service today.

I made the mistake of going during my lunch break once, and it was a disaster. I tried again after work, hoping for a better experience, but it was just as bad! I really dislike that they’re short-staffed, and I hope they can get some help soon.
My order was messed up, so I called to inform the management. The lady I spoke with apologized and asked me to come back. I explained that I wasn’t in that part of town often. She assured me it was no problem. When I returned a month later, she made sure my order was correct personally. While I was waiting, I noticed how well she interacted with her employees, and I was pleasantly surprised by how great she was. It felt like the love and respect for people had returned to the South. A shoutout to Mrs. Eva!
Staff was kind. They took my order no problem. The wait was insanely long for only 6 cars ahead of me. I?m assuming they are understaffed. Someone needs to come in and help. We waited a long time. Then got home to realize the food was wrong. Asked for aburger with no cheese and got cheese. Ordered a chili and didn?t get a spoon to eat it with. I don?t blame the night staff Iblame management for having them understaffed or under trained or over worked. These are simple mistakes but waiting forever ina drive thru then getting back to a hotel to find out I have nothing you can eat is tough.
