Subway - Huntsville

The new management initially did a fantastic job during the first two weeks. However, I've noticed that when I order a sandwich ahead of time, it often hasn't even been started by the time I arrive, even when the restaurant is empty. They also seem to frequently mix up orders. To be honest, I don't plan on ordering from here again.

I called to report that my order was incorrect, and they abruptly hung up on me, pretending I had dialed the wrong number.

I really enjoy the Subway on Jordan Lane; they always take great care of me.

I didn't know how I was hurried at this place. it seems that the older guy who worked, has stepped down and I get it, but that's not a good customer service. I paid with a voucher, because why not, they send us to use them, so I will. And so I didn't appreciate it. Don't go here. they are closed at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon. that is absolutely inevitable. the type opens the running gear thru window and said we are closed. no explanation. it seemed to be another hired person sitting outside in the car.
