Starbucks - Huntsville

This location is my favorite. The staff is incredibly friendly, and even when they're short on employees, the drive-thru wait times are still minimal. They always get my order right. I absolutely love this place!

The bearded gentleman at the window today (I didn't catch his name) truly made my day! He really knows how to bring a smile and spread joy, especially on a birthday! The holiday coffees are my jam! So far, they haven't been out of the holiday coffee I wanted, the line moves fast, and everything tastes great! I go a few times a month or long stretches without, and it's always consistent.

The coffee is quite good, and the food is tasty as well. However, the standout for me was the customer service provided by Cindy—it was exceptional! I've never experienced service this outstanding before; I was truly impressed. I arrived feeling just okay, but left feeling fantastic. She definitely deserves a raise! I will definitely return, all thanks to Cindy.

Excellent customer service! Staff is always friendly and accommodating and quick to fix any issues. Drinks are always great! I’ve never had a bad experience here!
