What User doesn't like about House Of Kabab:
More of a meeting place than a meal. Limited parking spaces. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Open for lunch only. Eating was okay. Prices are a bit steep for rice and a few pieces of meat. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. The lamb was the complete opposite. Super dry and chewing. Aprons for everything that is necessary to be stronger. Price for the portion size is not good. 'house of kabob' is one of the 'hole in the wall' ethnic joints that they could find in the west 40's of the hell 's kitchen. as in the brutalist shadow of the bus terminal port authority, only this is overfitted on sparkman drive in the lee of university. the analogy comes in the senses, because I have found similar joints in the canyons of manhattan, a busy counter, even if empty, sonorous farsi ballads from a band deck wafting, and an avuncular owner proud of his own disc of dream. in some way, house of kabob is much like tony's little italy the 1990s 's a in trailer park behind the airport sold sathers marshmellows with their pink pasta alfredo in a cake crust plate with tony and his wife cook a come and go last time huntsville legendary on a shoe ring. I have often tried to grill kabobs themselves, but far from being persian, my negated to break and resembled dinge that unflattering. in the house of kabob they can serve authentic Persian kabobs huh, lamb, bark meat on a bed of curcuma and saffron rice with gurken yogurt and a grilled fresh tomato. the prices are quite reasonable, especially given the servier sizes, and the free gerstensuppe was sublim enough to feel like I was the one who was tipped. if she wanted more food choices for huntsville, house of kabob is a choice they should make.

Just like my friend made of the work. the kabobs were good, the Basmati rice was good, the yogurt sauce was perfect. haus von kabob is a regular place to lunch.
Fantastic, more authentic place located in the owned and operated by actual perser set in a cozy place that reminds of home for them. I was in Persian restaurants in chicago, new york, atlanta and beyond, but this place has the best eating to the cheapest trips. they cook to order their food and give them plenty of servings of lentil soup, saffron rice, roasted vegetables and sides to go with it. her tee is the second to none; I could drink my weight in it. I will definitely return to this hidden gem! also this place is super vegetarian-friendly!
The food quality and service was great, reasonable price and beautiful interior design, they went up and let us get our food even after restaurant hours
Our first visit certainly won't be our last! The flavors of the food, which is cooked to order, assure us that a great meal can be as delicious as it looks. The owner was very patient in explaining the unfamiliar dishes to us.
