Hooters - Huntsville

Great customer service! Our waitress, Daya, was so nice! The food was hot fresh. Will be back!

This is easily the worst Hooters ive ever been too. The service and food were equally poor. Only had one beer throughout my entire lunch because the service was so slow. It sucks when u have food and the beer doesnt come. And it was not even 1/4 full. I was done eating and still didn't get my second beer so i cancelled it. Please do better!

Ordered breaded wings they brought out plain. Told them I would pay for the wrong order but I wanted 10 additional beaded this time, of course they brought out the same wrong order again and then tried to tell me they were breaded. I guess this Hooters is different than every other one when it comes to preparing the food. Waste of time and money.

The food was tasty, but the service left much to be desired. The wings arrived barely warm, and there were several mistakes made with our orders. After that, we felt largely ignored. There was no sign of management, and it seemed that no one was concerned about our complaints.

While traveling in town for a couple of weeks, I decided to check out the restaurant next to my hotel. The staff was friendly, but I must warn you—not to come here for a fresh draft beer. On one occasion, I tried three different drafts, and the patrons sitting next to me were grimacing as they drank theirs. Before they left, they confirmed that all the drafts tasted off. The next day, I went to another restaurant (which was pricier) and found that three of their beers were perfectly fine. I returned to this place the following day to try another beer, but it was still terrible. When I mentioned this to the bartender, she relayed my concerns to a guy who was hanging out next to the bathroom, wearing sunglasses and a Hooters shirt. He seemed far more interested in flirting with the female customers than in addressing any issues. I'm not sure if he was the manager, but someone needs to take charge here or this place is bound to go under.
