What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
The customer service from manager Elizabeth Kidd was terrible. I called to ask about my delivery and she was rude, then hung up on me. My card was charged and I called their automated system twice to check on the delivery status. Instead of helping me, Kidd was disrespectful and rude. The restaurant offers a milk-free option for our child who has a milk allergy. They take care to avoid any contamination with milk on the pizza. The only reason they received 4 stars is because they no longer deliver to our address. View all feedback.
