We always like Red Rocks in Huntersville especially their awesome patio. Service was exceptional but Last night our food was just ok not as good as usual. My filet was rather tasteless and my smashed potatoes were not hot. My broccoli was undercooked and quite hard with no salt or butter. We’ll still go back because their food is typically better. Made a reservation ,offered worst table. In the restaurant ,asked for a new seating ,waited 10 min . Service was a little slow ,server good ,but food was bland lacking taste ,not even extra pepper could breath life into the chicken dish . Disappointing ,great setting. A proper chef in the kitchen would make a world of difference . View all feedback.
When booking on open table there was no notice that only Thanksgiving buffet was present. overpriced, no appetizers, overcooked prime rib. very disappointing
We had the Thanksgiving buffet and it was delicious. we had reservations and set ourselves a bit early. also the service was excellent.
Seated as soon as we entered. Good servers and servuce. Food excellent anf hot and fresh. We plan to go again11 Try it you'll like it!!
This was our third Thanksgiving Buffet in four years. The food was excellent, fresh, and tasty. I would recommend it to anyone. Great service. I can’t said enough good things.
I absolutely love Red Rocks Birkdale. My family comes here a lot of holidays and it's always a great experience. The buffet was amazing like usual.
