Defined Coffee - Huntersville

We have been coming to this restaurant every week for a few months now, so we have had plenty of time to determine that this place is top quality with a 5-star rating! The coffee I order is consistently good every time, which is the most important thing for me. The staff are always friendly and engaging, creating a lovely atmosphere all around.

I was looking for authentic masala chai tea and decided to try Defined. Wow, I was impressed! The taste was excellent, the presentation was great, and the customer service was exceptional. I can't wait to go back and try a different recipe.

They love their chai tee and hot chocolate! they also have a great selection of coffee. I'm not much coffeemaker, but many of my friends love the coffee here. great ambiente and very friendly staff.

Favorite coffee shop in NC. They have the best beans from multiple roasters and they have started roasting amazing beans of their own. I am from out of town and I look forward to coming to NC simply to come back to defined. The owner is always hanging around and he and the staff are incredibly friendly that always provide great conversation and are eager to share their knowledge of the coffee and process!

Amazing espresso and all around coffee. They roast their own beans. This coffee shop is located inside of a church, which I believe helps these divine flavor come out in their superb espresso shots.
