The 3 stars are because my whole reason for going there was for my food and it was wrong ???? That being said the staff were veryfriendly.

When we arrived they stated there would be a ?extended? wait, when at... read more I would not recommend this place to anyone, the waiting staff were disrespectful and rude. When we arrived they stated there would be a ?extended? wait, when at one point we overheard the waiter tell the manager ?oh my I just seated a party of 10and told them it would be a extended time?. It was at this point we began to become extremely displeased with the service. Weordered off the kids menu and regular menu. Almost everything that was ordered came out over cooked, or extremely hard. Weattempted to tell the waitress the food wasn?t right, and she rolled her eyes and began to be very rude. We asked to speak tothe manager about this behavior which at this point the manager stated that we had to leave the establishment which we did, atthis point we were trying to figure out how to pay for our meal which we sent one member of our party in to do- which themanager stated that they were waiting for us to leave to contact law enforcement. This establishment has extremely poor staffand management. My recommendation would be to go eat at McDonalds or Sheetz right next to it.

We are from far away, Only came to Hershey for new year?s eve and were disappointed, but ourvisit to Aroogas cheered us up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
