My boyfr... read more I recently moved to the area from Arizona and decided to try out this restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. My boyfriend and I were both quite hungry after a busy day, so he ordered the filet mignon and I ordered the prime rib special. When our dinners arrived, his steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, but my prime rib looked more like a well-done steak. After sending it back to be recooked, it still came back overdone. I ended up eating it because I was starving, and they only took off $10 from the bill as compensation. The manager never came to apologize or offer an explanation for the delay and incorrect order. The waiter apologized, but it didn't make up for the lack of communication from management. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and will not be returning. The meal was expensive and the quality was subpar. As food enthusiasts, my boyfriend and I visit many restaurants, but this one was a huge disappointment with terrible customer service.
