It was quite frustrating when several employees seemed more interested in joking around than doing their jobs. The "open" sign was on, but the staff weren’t attentive—the sub sandwich I ordered didn’t get made. Even a customer had to go back and let the workers know, but the clock just kept ticking without any signs of activity. They kept me waiting on the terrace for 10 minutes while the staff in the back were giggling and talking, and I never saw anyone come to help me.
It was quite frustrating when several employees seemed more interested in joking around than doing their jobs. The "open" sign was on, but the staff weren’t attentive—the sub sandwich I ordered didn’t get made. Even a customer had to go back and let the workers know, but the clock just kept ticking without any signs of activity. If they were closing or just not in the mood to work, they could at least communicate that instead of leaving customers hanging for no reason.
Extremely rude employees, tried calling to speak to a manager about my W2 forms and an employee in the backroom was being very disrespectful.
Short commute from our home. The staff is usually always friendly. The young lady who works the closing shifts is so kind and sweet, and she makes each sub very well (neat, good portion of meat and veggies, nicely wrapped).
