The "open" sign was on, but the staff weren’t att... read more It was quite frustrating when several employees seemed more interested in joking around than doing their jobs. The "open" sign was on, but the staff weren’t attentive—the sub sandwich I ordered didn’t get made. Even a customer had to go back and let the workers know, but the clock just kept ticking without any signs of activity. If they were closing or just not in the mood to work, they could at least communicate that instead of leaving customers hanging for no reason.
