Jonna's Grill - Howell

Small space that gives you the feeling of a hole in the wall strip. Even if you have to sit at a table, you still feel like you're sitting at the bar. Had the steak bites and a burger, both were really good. Additional bonus from Happy Hour Drink Specials. Would definitely go back.

Food was amazing! We share the Steak-Bites app (our waitress brought us more baguette to dip into the au jus). I have the Traverse Cherry salad with chicken and my Nabeby has a burger. We thought they were both excellent. Our waitress was Candice and she was fabulous! Drinks that we recommend are the Traverse Cherry old-fashioned and the White Sangria.

The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We started with the Boom Boom Shrimp, which had a nice balance of mild spice and sweetness. For our main course, we shared a thin-crust meat lover's pizza. I absolutely loved the sauce! The crust was perfectly crispy, and there was a generous amount of toppings. It could have easily served as a meal on its own, but sharing it was just right. The "Sex on the Beach" drink was good, though it didn't stand out as anything special. The Ultra beer was a bit pricey at $4 a bottle, but that might be typical for the area. Overall, we enjoyed the great food and pleasant service.

The dishes on their menu consistently fall short of expectations given their prices. The quality simply isn’t there. The space is cramped with limited seating, making it quite noisy in no time, which ultimately leads to an unpleasant dining experience.

Great Craft beer selection. Good food, friendly service. A little small inside, but nice atmosphere.
