what a pleasant experience! there was a line in the drive-thru and the parking lot was quite crowded. When I came in, I commanded him to go and got my food in just a few minutes! this crew has them together! eating was just as delicious and perfect as I would expect from panera View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Panera Bread:
if you look through the window at the driveway, you can see the kitchen. wow it was dirty! I know it was lunchtime, but it should be more ordinary workers. or someone clean up! there were transport containers and food spilled everywhere! View all feedback.

Chai Tea Latte was perfect no matcha taste this time. Orange Scone is fantastic. Bacon, Scrambled Egg Cheese on Brioche was perfect.

The sandwich was tasty, but appeared to be on the smaller side considering the price. This was also the case with the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, which was mostly melted and not very cold upon arrival. It was not worth the nearly $8 price tag for a drink that could easily be finished by a child in just a few sips.

I ordered chicken noodle soup, but received broccoli cheddar instead. Although I like broccoli cheddar, I was disappointed because I was sick and really craving chicken noodle soup. The restaurant should be more careful when packaging to-go orders. This isn't the first time I've received the wrong food. Everyone makes mistakes, but Panera's food is always delicious so I'm not upset. I guess the universe decided I needed some broccoli in my meal today. LOL.

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the BBQ chicken sandwich was. It was absolutely amazing! The brownie was also very tasty, just like always. I always order it because it's so good. The delivery driver did a great job bringing my meal to me and made sure to follow all of my instructions. Well done!
