I don’t know what’s more disgusting the fact they put raw meat in my sandwich the last time, or putting a hair in it this time! I rarely eat out. But this is a health violation and not one apology or refund from Howell Panera Bread!

When I went in I placed the order to go and received my food within only a couple of minutes! This crew has it together! The food was just as delicious and perfect as I would expect from Panera

When I suggested they put a pa... read more Door signage says they are open until 10pm. They are NOT. Door locked. The drive through girl said they now close earlier at 9pm. When I suggested they put a paper sign on the door so folks like me wouldn’t waste our time getting back in our cars and driving through the drive-through she scoffed and said “corporate” wouldn’t let them. Really? Lots of places close earlier these days because of staffing problems, I get it. But at least update the door signage to reflect this.

This was also the case with the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, which was mostly melted and not very cold upon arrival. It was not worth the nearly $8 price tag for a drink that could easily be finished by a child in just a few sips.
