In the last 8 ye... read more It was a long day/night at work and on my way home I got hungry, I decided to stop at the Wingstop on Yale and I-10 and order some wings to go. In the last 8 years, I've gone to this location and every time I go, it's either a hit or miss based on the customer service and the food. As I got home, I noticed the Garlic Parmesan Wings I ordered rarely had Parmesan, very oiley and tasted very dry/no flavor, and the Hand Cut Fries were very mushy and it was just tiny bits and pieces, I didn't have the energy to call and complain cuz I was too damn tired after a long long day at work. Tonight was my last time at this location...not gonna waste my money on dry wings and mushy fries. I'll just go to Taco Bell or Canes instead lol

They took my order and it took 30 minutes to get it after being told it was gonna be a 13 minute wait as I'm waiting for my order I see people walking in orderi... read more They took my order and it took 30 minutes to get it after being told it was gonna be a 13 minute wait as I'm waiting for my order I see people walking in ordering and getting their food before me. This is outrageous and unprofessional. If I had been on my 30 minute lunch break I would've really been pissed off. Fast food should not take this long. Terrible location, if you have other options, go there instead.
