What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
the staff is friendly and friendly, but the service is slow. I put all my orders on the mobile app before I am home and last time more than not, I still have to wait for my order View all feedback.
I visited two Starbucks locations. At the first store, I decided to walk in instead of using the drive-thru because the line was too long. Unfortunately, they didn't have any coffee base to make Frappuccinos. I didn't ask if this was a common issue at all their stores or just at that particular location, so I left and went to another store. I used the drive-thru at the second store since the line was not as long, only to discover that they also didn't have any coffee base. The frustrating part was that this information was not posted anywhere, and in most drive-thru Starbucks, there is no way to exit the line if they don't have what you want. Thus, I had to wait for the cars in front of me to get their orders before I could leave, which just added to my aggravation.
Jonathan is a fantastic barista at this restaurant! Whenever I visit the drive-thru on a weekend morning, he is consistently polite and provides excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for some of the other employees. If you ever stop by on a weekend morning, be sure to ask for Jonathan!
The Pumpkin Chai Latte was fantastic! The staff at this restaurant are top notch.
I'm not sure if they take pride in the appearance of their drinks, but they are consistently picture-perfect! The staff is very friendly and skilled. This is one of my favorite places to go! Thank you!
I have experienced issues with my order during my last three visits to this restaurant. Today, I ordered a venti Caramel Macchiato but it was entered as a grande. I also ordered a scone, but did not receive it. When I offered to pay the difference for the larger size of my drink, they declined and said it was okay. However, when I called to inquire about a refund for the missing scone, the manager Mia seemed to think remaking my drink was a huge favor. I found this behavior to be rude and unprofessional. I was willing to pay for my complete order, but it seems that they did not think it was necessary. It was disappointing.
