The ambience was decent and the staff was good. Other than that, I can't say anything positive about this place. Our meals were lukewarm, mixed and some of the sides had no taste at all. While they have a bar and their own cocktails, if you ask for something that is not on the menu, you probably won't get it. And yes, unfortunately, even the cocktail drinks we ordered tasted awful. My husband and I fell in love with Rustic Oak's menu and delicious food back in July.
Something is seriously amiss with this establishment.
This was the first time our party was at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse most of the time. It was a wonderful dining experience, especially for a special occasion. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful.
Good experience. The only major complaint was that my steak sandwich was overcooked for my taste. I decided not to send it back but they would have easily revised it.
