The food server (a young Latino man with long curly hair) needs training on how to handle food properly. We found fingernails in our seafood pizza, which was very concerning! View all feedback.
Terrible experience, won’t be returning. Our bartender/server was nice but didn’t tell us they were out of lobster and made substitutes to our meals without asking or telling us until after our dinner was served (50+minutes after ordering).
Please avoid. The worst experience we had in many years. We've been in Red Lobster a few times before, and had good tasty dinners. So we invited friends from abroad. It was a terrible mistake. We had to wait for 15 minutes to be seated, with dozens of empty tables visible everywhere. Then we waited 10 minutes until anyone paid attention to us. Then another 10 minutes until they gave us water and silverware. Started at one set (we were party of 4). In a few minutes they gave us 1 more set, and much later 2 more, after we complained to the manager. We had to wait for 20 minutes for drinks, and more for a shot of whiskey. And what a minuscule shot it was! They didn't have some ingredients. They served a wrong dish for appetizer. The main dishes were bland and tasteless. The lobster was on a miniature side and overcooked. Terrible, avoid at all costs.
Service was really bad! Food was as expected! The restaurant stinks.
It was terrible. Like awful. We did not stay. The place was a complete s show. The hostesses were paralyzed, customers were complaining they hadn’t seen a waiter in an hour. It was beyond bad. Dirty tables everywhere. After waiting almost 30 minutes for our “priority seating” we left. Stay far away.
FOOD AND SERVICE VERY GOOD. THE TABLE AND CHAIRS WERE IN TERRIBLE CONDITION. WE CHANGED TABLE'S TWICE AND STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. NO MANAGER AROUND.
