Get out. Food was great. Had a little problem, talked to managers and they fixed the food problem. The service was not on the way tonight. The atmosphere was great as usual. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Un clean table our waiter wiped our table with napkin from the bar, but there were any cheese where we moved tables. We got unsweetened and sweet tea, but they tasted smoke and very strange also the Dr.Peper tasted flat. Cheese sticks are blown, but ok the bread needs more salt crab was good, but cold. Decided to the benefits of their new $10 weekday meal, got the fish sandwich with rice, all I can say, I'm not expected that! It was super huge and tasty!
Great service. Great food. Great company. I took my mother her for her 73rd birthday. It was a blast. I have the shrimp lover dinner it was very tasty. The waitress suggested the brussel sprouts. I was reluctant to agree. But I am very happy I did. They were delicious. The biscuits are always amazing. Always a treat when we go here.
We were there for lunch and had a trainee wait on us. She did nice job and the food was good as always. She had good support from her manager.
The manager in training there was wonderful. Her trainee Anni was super nice as well. The manager was working the hostess booth, bussing tables, taking orders, delivering food and everything else possible. And she did it with a smile and was ultra pleasant to talk to and was attentive. She had deep knowledge of the menu and everything. You will not find a better manager. Promote her higher.
Much better in all aspects after a year or so since I visited this location. Marquita did a fantastic job being attentive, fast service as well as answering questions I had regarding the menu, specials and the Red Lobster app. The kitchen was fast and the food plates well. I felt I could move my previous 2 stars to 4 now and I'll be back.
