First time trying Canes. Super fast and friendly staff in the drive through, chicken was just a little dry, but that Cane's sauce definitely lives up to the hype.Food: 4/5 View all feedback.

My friends and I used to love coming to Canes but I feel like it just keeps going downhill. Not only have the prices gone up but the size of the tenders and the quality of everything have gone severely down. The reason I'm finally writing a review after several bad experience in the last year is this one was probably the worst. The fingers were so tiny they were more like pinkies and they were very overcooked and tasted burnt. The fries and toast were cold and not seasoned as well as they usually were. It's just sad that I don't wanna come back anymore even after all the great memories years ago.
Inflation has more than hit fast food restaurants. Canes chicken fingers are fraction of the size they use to be. When I got home and opened the to go container, I was doubt founded to see the chicken strips barely filled 10% of the container. I got 4 3-piece chicken fingers and the total was over $40.00. Sad
It was Cane 's. Food is consistently what you 've come to love. They messed up my buddies order. They gave handouts to a bum after he hassled all the customers. I told him to **** off and they should 've done the same. The silent bigotry to counter my loud annoyance, was the fact that they only cleaned the tables that the bum sat at and none of the others.
The store was very clean, the workers were quick to clean the table tops as soon as any customers left very quick to wait on customers. The food was prepared very quickly, and tasted terrific. My only reason for not giving them more than 3 's was I might as well have been at an automat. For the younger customers reading this. There used to be restaurants called an Automat, across the area where you would pick out your food from what looks like USPS POB 's with Windows you would pick what food you wanted by looking through the window and picking up the food you wanted. You would then go to the register to pay for your food. The workers would maybe say 5 words to the customers.Inspite of saying hi or how are you several of the young ladies. At the counter or picking up trash or the containers. I got maybe a nod or stare from them. Absolutely no customer interaction from the employees. If this is from instructions from the management they are following instructions to the point of losing my business. The last time I visited this Restaurant was a little over 2 years ago. I see no reason to come back any sooner. There are several on Westheimer that put this one to shame customer service wise, and are as clean or better.
I love canes. The dining area was a little crowded but it makes sense cause it tastes good. I love their toast. The drive thru is a little awkward with three entrances but I mean the food is great and a nice change from the usual fast food options.
