Don't go here the drive through worker was extremely rude. I would not trust any food coming out of here. She acted super annoyed when I tried to order a combo for me and one for my son. There are two many choices in the area, for me to give my money to someone who clearly doesn't value their customers. And she found it funny that I said nevermind and drove off. I was surprised at the rating, but after looking at the reviews I have to agree with the crappy service. I've been here twice and everyone is just rude!! The first time I went inside for order pickup. There was one young lady manager just standing around like she didn't know what she was doing and speaking rudely to customers. It wasn't until the main manager came out that anything got done. Tonight I came through the drive-thru and the girl was very rude. Everything we ordered was correct, the right temperature, and nothing was missing.
My favorite type of chicken, deep fried in a spicy batter. Always tender and juicy. Don't care for the accompaying biscuit though. Good service. Food was hot and correct. Had new Hush puppy Shrimp Box very good. I can appreciate correct order and delicious and good customer service. Thank you.
Every single time... I mean I’ve been staying in this area... Like literally the same condo since 2014. I’ve never came to this location and been able to wait in line (dine in or drive thru)... Order my food and received it in under 10 MINUTES. Idk if they kill the chickens and pluck them!!!!! All I know is atp throw the whole Popeyes away. OR HEAR ME OUT! HIRE SOME TEENAGERS AND FIRE THE 30 EMPLOYEES respectfully! Like why should I have to drive to South Post oak? I just want a little 2 piece ?. Also why do I have to deal with an attitude? It’s one thing to have only spicy thighs.... ? But to have an attitude is just WHY?! I hate this location. Praying for all the chicken lovers.
I'd like to thank Michelle and her Team at the 9120 S. Main St. location for their fantastic service, kindness, and for a complete/correct large order. Our Director loves Popeyes, and this fabulous Popeyes luncheon and Popeyes gift card made his birthday extra special. Thank you again, for all your help and suggestions.
