Pizza Hut - Houston

Love the dinner box! Can't beat it. Love the pan style crust. I get the box at least once a week.

Burnt pizza melts and hot sauce, not marinara as promised. Extremely disappointed when I got home and opened this disastrous box Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Be careful. Don't waste your money and time. My pizza never arrived, it's been more than an hour and a half. This is the worst possible service. And Pizza Hut didn't give me my money back. $30 to the trash.

The Big New Yorker is just a standard large size pizza. The cheese on my pizza was baked into the crust, making the whole pizza a dark orange color. I forgot to take a pic of this! Also, the pan pizza I'd ordered was so thin. I guess it was made as a hand-tossed pizza. It was also missing the bell pepper I'd added.

I'm not sure why I had to call a call center overseas to order pizza from a restaurant only five minutes away, but I went along with it. After waiting for 30 minutes, I decided to call and ask to speak to the restaurant directly. The person on the phone told me that my food was ready and they were waiting for a driver. However, after another 30 minutes passed, I saw that they had refunded my order and then closed for the night. This experience was incredibly frustrating and the service was terrible.
