What DSenior likes about P.f. Chang's Galleria Park:
We have visited this restaurant several times before for lunch, and it has always been a pleasant experience. However, during our visit with three people on Christmas Eve, it didn’t meet our expectations. The service was slow; we had difficulty getting our water refilled and dirty plates removed. We initially arrived when the restaurant was mostly empty, but it started to get busier as we ate. Unfortunately, the fried dumplings were overcooked, and the rest of the food was just mediocre. It felt like they had simply gone to a local grocery store, picked up some frozen Chinese meals, and warmed them up. Overall, it was overpriced, although the service was satisfactory.
