We have been here several times prefiously for lunch and it was always good. We went 3 people on Christmas Eve and it was not up to par. Service was slow, couldn't get water refilled or dirty plates cleared. Hot and sour soup, ribs, edamame, pan seared dumplings were all good. Chang's spicey chicken and honey chicken, fried rice, green beans were not good. Chocolate souffle was good. View all feedback.

we first arrived when few were there and the restaurant began to fill as we ate. the fried dumplings were burned. the rest of the food was just ok. it all tasted as if they went to the local H‐E‐B, picked up and heated some frozen Chinese food. too expensive. the service was decent. The food was delicious! The spicy chicken was our favorite
Make a reservation and got there to be told i was in “ in line” apparently a reservation gets you on ANOTHER wait list. Ended up waiting 40 minutes after i showed up. Plus there was empty tables and their reasoning for that was “ the bar couldnt handle drink orders “. I even expressed we weren’t getting drinks from the bar. Was ignoring.

Exactly what you expect from PF Chang's, would go again...
The restaurant was not able to locate our OpenTable reservation. Once I showed my OpenTable confirmation email, they put me on their waiting list. I received no service and the restaurant was very disorganized. The restaurant does not deserve any star.
